Who holds what — today, nobody.
There is no custodian. No real USDC is held. Demo balances are simulated and stored per anonymous demo session on the GPU Punk server (HttpOnly cookie); they are not money.
A live design requires: a segregated USDC treasury controlled by audited programs, a named hardware custodian with title documentation per machine, independent verification of serial numbers, and insurance. Serial numbers shown in the app are labeled SAMPLE.
