Withdrawals
Available balance can be withdrawn at any time in the demo. Settled rent is withdrawn first so it remains identifiable for Rent-to-Range.
Redemption rules
- Only free shares can be requested; requested shares are reserved and cannot be requested again.
- Eligibility: the first day of a month, 00:00 UTC, that is at or after requested_at + 30 days.
- Price: NAV per share on the processing day. Fee: 50 bps.
- Capacity: in the demo each asset's window can pay out at most $1,000 of gross NAV. Remaining shares stay reserved and roll to the next month's window as partially_filled.
- Cancelling releases only unfilled shares.
- Each request carries a status history: pending → partially_filled → fulfilled, or cancelled.
