Verification
Five independent checks, plus anchoring.
The ledger drawer verifies locally:
- Signature validity — Ed25519 over the recomputed hash.
- Signer registry — the signer is the registered key for the site.
- Hash chain — prev_hash equals the previous record's hash.
- Billing rule — billed seconds and amount match the formula and cap.
- Merkle inclusion — sha256(0x00‖hash) climbs to the site-day root via sha256(0x01‖left‖right).
- Solana anchoring — NOT configured. No root is on-chain.
Edit any byte of the payload or signature and the relevant checks fail. Demo signer keys are derived from a public seed, so demo records prove the mechanism, not the data.
