Risks
Read this first.
- Hardware risk: GPUs fail, depreciate and become obsolete. NAV is book value; resale may be lower.
- Demand risk: rent depends on tenants. Idle machines earn nothing but still pay fixed costs.
- Operator & counterparty risk: an operator could misreport or fail. Metering reduces but does not remove this.
- Liquidity risk: redemptions are monthly, capacity-limited and may fill partially.
- Smart-contract risk: no program exists or has been audited.
- Legal & regulatory risk: the right being sold may be a regulated instrument; eligibility is not established.
- Token risk (PUNK): could go to zero; no backing or floor.
- LP risk: inventory conversion, out-of-range periods, fees that may not offset losses.
